AutoMatch is a kind of program for picking particles from raw electron microscopy micrographs. It utilized the power from graphics processing unit (GPU) to accelerate the particle picking process, which is faster 100X than using single CPU core. The algorithm of AutoMatch is based on the template matching principle.

The program of AutoMatch and the documentation could be downloaded from the following link:

automatch_v0.3.1.tar (230KB)

To test the program, you can download the following package with our test data included:

automatch_v0.3.1_with_data.tar (257MB)

The documentation about the usage of this program could also be obtained here (Gautomatch_User_Guide.doc).
